Aman is the Co-founder and CEO of Proteorex and leads overall strategy and management of the company. He has deep expertise in the BioPharma sector through his experience in drug discovery, technology and business development.

Previously, he was a Consultant at the development fund of Bloom Burton and Co., a healthcare investment bank. During his time at Bloom Burton and Co., he worked at various capacities in early stage start-ups eventually becoming the Vice President, Operations and Business Development at Grey Wolf Animal Health. During his stint at Grey Wolf Aman was involved in leading and executing across multiple departments from business to pharmaceutical development.

Previously, Aman was a research scientist at Astex Pharmaceuticals (Now Otsuka), where he was involved in an effort to develop multiple drug candidates that are now in clinical trials. At Structural Genomics Consortium, Aman led a team of scientists to develop a platform technology to target epigenetics drug targets. Aman has also helped seed and develop Cosmic Discoveries and Ampkyne, companies in the pharmaceutical outsourcing and development space. Aman is an alumni of the Next36 program and has been a member of the Executive Club of Canada (TEC).

Aman graduated with a 1st Class Honors degree in Chemistry from St. Stephen’s college, Delhi University, India and earned his DPhil in Chemistry from Oxford University.
